This Agent will allow Authorised BASScom Administrators to remotely, and transparently,
assist with the management of your PC.

Please follow steps on this page to install the 27point_check_silent Managed Services Agent on your workstation.

  1. Click here to begin installation of the Agent
  2. Select the option to Open or Run the program from its current location
  3. Select the Accept or Run option on any Security Warnings to allow the package to install
  4. You may close this browser window when the install has successfully completed
